Gold Coast veteran Matthew Warnock is one of five players delisted by the Suns on Tuesday.

Fellow defenders Jeremy Taylor and Jackson Allen were also delisted, along with utility Jack Hutchins.

Rookie Leigh Osborne was also cut from the squad.

Zac Smith, Trent McKenzie and Seb Tape are among five Gold Coast players who have signed contract extensions.

The trio - all inaugural members of the squad - have been joined by Queenslanders Jackson Allen and Clay Cameron.

Jackson Allen makes his AFL debut for Gold Coast with 15 disposals (11 kicks and 4 handballs), 5 marks and 4 tackles in a 30-point win over GWS.

Gold Coast has signed silky-skilled Queenslander Jackson Allen as a zone selection.

"To be going to the Suns, I'm just rapt about it and can't wait to get down there and stuck into it," Allen said.

Allen's kicking skills have been described as elite by AFL national talent manager Kevin Sheehan.

"It's [kicking] probably been my number one aspect growing up, something that I really pride myself on, my disposal and efficiency with the football by hand and foot," Allen said.
