Matthew Dick makes his AFL debut for Carlton with 3 disposals (a kick and 2 handballs) and 2 tackles in a 40-point win over St Kilda.

Carlton secures the services of former Sydney Swan Matthew Dick as a delisted free agent.

"It's great to get a versatile young player like Matthew through the door, particularly coming from a strong club such as Sydney," Blues general manager of football operations Andrew McKay said.

"He's a powerful right-footer with plenty of leg speed who makes good use of the football.

"Matthew only turned 20 on Monday, so his addition fits with our overall strategy to lower the age profile of our team."

Senior listed players Jordan Lockyer and Matthew Dick have been delisted by the Swans after neither managed to play a senior game.
