Dan Robinson and Harry Marsh are delisted by Sydney.

"Both Dan and Harry have been terrific members of the team and have been first-class clubmen too," Swans head of football Tom Harley said.

"We thank Dan and Harry for their time at Sydney and wish them all the best for the future."

Daniel Robinson has signed a two-year contract extension and is hopeful his 2016 season is still alive.

Robinson, who hasn't played a game at any level since suffering a serious shoulder injury against Essendon round seven at the SCG, was set to come out of contract at the end of the year, but is now a Swan until at least the end of 2018.

"I'm lucky that the Swans have been really positive with me the whole way through, so that gave me the confidence to make sure my shoulder and the rehab came first, and trust that the rest would sort itself out," Robinson said.

"It's really pleasing that I've been able to put pen to paper and I'm looking forward to the next couple of years with an exciting group of guys."

Dan Robinson is recovering well from reconstructive shoulder surgery, but remains a long shot to play senior footy again in 2016.

"It was a tough break," Swans general manager football Tom Harley said.

"He's a young player who was really starting to make inroads in his career, so there's certainly no rush to do anything drastic.

"We'll be conservative, he's got a lot of footy to go (in his career).

"It's unfortunate for him given he's played a lot of senior footy this year, but I'm sure he'll recover well."
