Essendon is strongly considering adding another Irishman to its list, with Gaelic football prodigy Jordan Morrissey impressing the Bombers with his testing at last week's NAB AFL Draft Combine.

Morrissey, who stands at 185cm and 76kgs, finished equal third in the goalkicking test at the Combine.

While didn't run his best with a time of 3.13 in the 20m sprint test, the defender has demonstrated his speed with searing runs in Ireland's indigenous game.
