Richmond delists Luke English and Fraser Turner.

"We thank Luke and Fraser for their dedication and commitment across the past two seasons," Richmond general manager of football talent Blair Hartley said.

"Both boys have played their part in our recent success, and we wish them all the best for the future."

Richmond select Fraser Turner with pick No.58 in the 2018 National Draft.

"He's one of those guys that every time you watched a carnival game for the Allies or one for Tasmania, if Fraser wasn't getting the footy on the outside with his running, there weren't too many others who could do it," Richmond recruiting manager Matt Clarke said.

"He's a big boy. Our coach loves the big, strong powerful midfielders."
