Richmond delists Luke English and Fraser Turner.

"We thank Luke and Fraser for their dedication and commitment across the past two seasons," Richmond general manager of football talent Blair Hartley said.

"Both boys have played their part in our recent success, and we wish them all the best for the future."

Luke English believes his Perth teammate Sydney Stack will thrive at Punt Road should the Tigers take a chance on the overlooked teenager next month.

"He's obviously a ripping footballer, an All Australian and really handy around the club," English said.

"He's a real hard player. You can back him in to do the one-percenters and shepherd for you, so I think he's just a team player and just real hard at getting the contested footy.

"I think he'll really thrive in an environment like this, it's such a supporting environment so I think it will be really good, and also for me to see another familiar face around the club."

Richmond select Luke English with pick No.62 in the 2018 National Draft.

"Luke's work rate and running ability is really strong. You wouldn't find too many people that wouldn't say that's the case with him in all parts of his life, whether it's off-field or on-field," Richmond recruiting manager Matt Clarke said.

"At that stage of the draft, we thought we couldn't go wrong with great character and guys that work really hard, and can really run."
