Port Adelaide delists Jack Trengove as well as rookies Cam Hewett and Kai Pudney.

"Jack, Cam and Kai have each represented our club with pride and professionalism," Port Adelaide's general manager of football Chris Davies said.

"But we have reached the time of the year when the club needs to make difficult decisions about the future of our playing list.

"Each of the players have been popular and hardworking members of our group and we wish them well for their individual futures."

Port Adelaide signs Kai Pudney as a Category B rookie through their Next Generation Academy.

Pudney, who is of Japanese heritage, won the Yo-Yo test (22.1) and the agility test (7.9 seconds) at the SA Draft Combine in October.

"I think the Draft Combine is useful, you get to show what athletic traits you have, but I think football skills are more important," Pudney said.
