Tom Powell is being tipped for big things after an impressive summer of training focused on finding a balance between gaining muscle and improving running capacity.
"Powell is starting to see some benefits. Consistency is the next progression," North Melbourne midfield coach Leigh Adams said.
"Normally it's with ball in hand but if he's not getting it 30 times, you know he's going to use it well and he's going to have an impact on the game anyway."
